Requests for sperm samples for insemination is available only through authorized Reproduction Centers and with a signed agreement with CEIFER Biobanco, as stated by Spanish law 9/2014.
Private requests made by end users may only be processed if receptioning and utilization is to be undertaken at authorized Reproduction Centers with a current signed contract with CEIFER BioBanco.

WHEN TO PLACE A REQUEST
- Preferably two days before insemination.
- At least before 18:00 the previous day.
- Shipments to Baleares, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla should be performed as early as possible. It is advised to allow at least five days prior to insemination.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
- Delivery before 8 am the following day – Time limit to request for: 18:00 h (Monday to Friday)
- Samples requested on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
- Delivery before 10 am the next day – Time limit to request for: 18:00 h (Monday to Friday)
- Samples requested on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
- Next day delivery – Time limit to request for: 18:00 h (Monday to Friday)
- Samples requested on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
- Delivery on Saturday – Time limit to request for: 18:00 h
- The sample is delivered along the morning.
- Delivery on the same day after placing a request – Time limit to request for: 11:00 h
- Only available for some destinations.
Due to specific issues at Customs beyond our responsibility, we can not guarantee the timely customs destinations requiring air transport such as Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Baleares, Azores, etc. (Always check with CEIFER BioBanco before ordering).
